(Deming) – Here’s the area crime report:
Paul Treadwell, age 73, of Amada, Arizona, was arrested for aggravated DUI, driving while license was suspended or revoked,
improper parking and having an expired registration… Guillermo Esparza, age 21, was arrested for aggravated assault, unlawful use of a license and reckless driving… Dolores Flores, age 48, of Albuquerque, was arrested for driving while license was suspended or revoked… Lorenzo Sanchez, age 31, was arrested for bribery or intimidation of a witness, burglary, battery on a household member, interfering with communication and criminal trespassing… Henry Montes, age 53, of Las Cruces, was arrested for drunkenness, prowling and interference with officers.
Henry Maynes, age 48, was arrested on a Winnebago, Illinois, warrant for harassment by telephone… Sonya Meraz, age 36, was arrested on an Adult Probation and Parole Office warrant for a probation violation.
Lorenzo Carreon, age 21, of Chaparral, was arrested on two Magistrate warrants for failure to appear… Eric Vega, age 37, was arrested on two Magistrate warrants – one for failure to appear and one for failure to pay fines… Edgar Garcia, age 29, was arrested on a Magistrate warrant for failure to appear… Jessica Martinez, age 25, was arrested on a Magistrate warrant for failure to pay fines… Jeffery Mendiola, age 23, was arrested on a Magistrate warrant for failure to appear… Randy Morales, age 22, was arrested on a Magistrate warrant for failure to appear… Rosendo Jurado, age 31, was arrested on a Municipal warrant for failure to pay fines… Paul Bautista,
age 18, was charged with minor allowing self to be served alcohol… and Cesar Garcia, age 18, was charged with minor allowing self to be served alcohol.
Also… the District Attorney’s office filed a petition on Rene Samaniego, age 18, for a probation violation… and a 17-year-old boy was charged with minor allowing self to be served alcohol.
And in other news… four rims and a battery with a combined value of over $1,200 were taken from a location off South 11th Street… a homemade utility trailer valued at $800 was taken from a location off South Emerson Drive… and a handgun valued at over $200 was taken from a residence located off West Spruce.
