Theresa Villa, age 75, was arrested for aggravated DUI – second offense, and on an improper lane driving violation… Victor Pinales Montoya, age 38, was arrested for DUI and resisting, evading or obstructing an officer… Olivia Lobato, age 49, was arrested for DUI and having an open container… a criminal summons was filed on Vaugner Pacheco, age 17, for DUI, having an open container, and possession of alcohol by a minor…
Abelardo Contreras, age 38, was arrested for causing criminal damage to the property of a household member and resisting, evading or obstructing an officer… Manny Padilla, age 31, was arrested on two Dona Ana County warrants – both for battery against a household member, and interference with officers… Samuel Perez, age 38, was arrested for resisting, evading or obstructing an officer, no insurance, improper equipment, and on a District Court warrant for failure to comply with conditions of probation… Martin Jacquez, age 25, was arrested for interference with officers, concealing identity, and possession of drug paraphernalia… Patsy Hernandez-Vigil, age 33, was arrested for interference with officers, shoplifting at Walmart, and concealing identity… Alma Widmar, age 54, was arrested for interference with officers…
