(Deming) – Here’s the area crime report:
James Paltza, age 46, was arrested for battery against a household member… Penny Flores, age 29, was arrested for forgery, resisting, evading or obstructing an officer and possession of drug paraphernalia… Jesse Cox, age 35, was arrested for forgery… Jose Chacon, age 24, was arrested for driving while license was suspended or revoked and speeding… and Eric Meraz, age 30, was arrested for criminal trespassing at a business and indecent exposure.
Also, a car battery and vehicle door lock, with a combined value of over $200, were taken from a location off East Poplar.
