DEMING – Here’s the area crime report:
Daniel Carreon, age 28, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, and shoplifting at Tractor Supply… Jorge Martinez, age 26, was arrested for possession of marijuana, trespassing at a business, and on a Municipal warrant for failure to appear… Jonathan Gonzales, age 26, was arrested on two District Court warrants and a Municipal warrant – all for failure to appear… Aubry Ruebush, age 24, was arrested on a Dona Ana County warrant for failure to appear… Makea Payne, age 28, was arrested on a Municipal warrant for failure to pay fines… and Araceli Rodriguez, age 39, was arrested on a Municipal warrant for failure to appear.
Also, $200 in criminal damage was reported at Bataan Elementary after a window was broken by a bb.
