(Deming) – Here’s the area crime report:
Juan Regalado, age 41, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and on a Dona Ana County warrant for three counts of trafficking in a controlled substance… James Stailey, age 27, was arrested for distribution of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, burglary of a dwelling, larceny, possession of burglary tools, resisting, evading or obstructing officers and on two Magistrate warrants for failure to appear and a Municipal warrant for failure to pay fines… Melinda Paez, age 26, was arrested for battery on a peace officer and on an Adult Probation and Parole Office order for a probation violation… Adolpho Gutierrez, age 31, was arrested for a violation of the sex offender registration law…
Lorenzo Hernandez, age 20, was charged with unlawful use of a license and having an expired registration… Jeremy Vasquez, age 29, was arrested on a District Court warrant for a probation violation… and a 17-year-old boy was charged with battery on a household member.
Also… a 1997 Pontiac valued at $3,500 was reported taken from a residence off South Platinum… a 1997 Ford valued at $2,000 was reported taken from a residence off South Tenth… and clothing, jewelry and an electronic gaming console, with a combined value of nearly $600, were taken from a residence off Horseshoe Drive.
