Daniel Carreon, age 28, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and on a Municipal warrant for failure to pay fines… Mario Magallanes, age 34, was arrested on two Magistrate warrants – both for failure to pay fines… and Tammy Rae Evans, age 47, was arrested on two Sierra District Court warrants – both for failure to appear.
