Arturo Flores, age 73, was arrested for unlawful use of license… Jasmine Padilla, age 20, was arrested for shoplifting at Walmart… Leroy Candelaria, age 41, of Albuquerque, was arrested on a Curry County warrant for failure to appear… Juan Devora, age 21, was arrested on a Grant County warrant for failure to pay fines… and a television and other household items with a combined value of nearly $700 were taken from a residence off West Birch.
