(Deming) – Here’s the area crime report:
Daniel Grandits, age 25, was arrested for aggravated DUI… Jose Gonzalez, age 29, was arrested for interference with officers, on a Magistrate warrant for aggravated battery, on an Adult Probation and Parole Office warrant for a probation violation, on a District Court warrant for a probation violation, on a Magistrate warrant for failure to pay fines and on a Municipal warrant for failure to appear… a criminal summons was issued for Justin Tovar, age 20, for battery on a household member and causing criminal damage to a household member’s property… Michael Gonzales, age 19, was arrested for causing criminal damage to a household member’s property.
Rachel Minchow, age 29, was arrested on a Magistrate warrant for failure to appear… Roberto Acosta, age 22, was arrested on a Municipal warrant for failure to pay fines… and a 16-year-old girl was picked up on a District Children’s Court warrant for
failure to appear.
Also… a vehicle gas tank sustained $350 in damage, gas was siphoned and a $100 battery was taken from a location off West Railroad Avenue… and a window on a gas station located off Broadway Street in Columbus was shot.
