(Deming) – Here’s the area crime report:
Jose Ortiz, age 25, of Hatch, was arrested for aggravated DUI, possession of marijuana, driving while license was suspended or revoked, no insurance, having an expired registration and on an improper lane driving violation… Rhonda Miller, age 28, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and on a Municipal warrant for failure to pay fines… Raymond Duran, age 32, was arrested for interference with officers, on a U.S. Marshall’s pick-up order and on a Municipal warrant for failure to pay fines… Rene Samaniego, age 19, was arrested on a Magistrate warrant for traffic violations… and Austin White, age 18, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Also… a vase containing an unknown amount of money was taken from a restaurant off East Pine… and a stereo valued at $100 was taken from a pickup parked off North Eighth Street.
