(Deming) – Here’s the area crime report:
Alvaro Borjas, age 30, who was already incarcerated in the Luna County Detention Center, was served an El Paso County, Texas, warrant for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute… Roberto Montoya, age 21, was arrested for battery against a household member… James Loges, age 53, was arrested for unlawful use of a license…
Arturo Lerma, age 34, was arrested on an El Paso County warrant for possession of dangerous drugs… Jorge Martinez, age 22, was arrested on a District Court warrant for a probation violation… Jimmy Padilla, age 41, of Truth or Consequences, was arrested on a District Court warrant for a probation violation… and Juan Lozano, age 32, was arrested on a Municipal warrant for failure to appear.
Also, a handgun and a computer tablet, with a combined value of $1,300, were taken from a residence off Monte Vista.
