(Deming) – Here’s the area crime report:
Antonio Arroyo, age 28, was arrested for DUI, no driver’s license and on a Magistrate warrant for failure to pay fines… Larry Hernandez, age 27, was arrested for aggravated battery on a household member, aggravated assault and causing criminal damage to property… Jesus Chacon-Arroyos, age 52, was arrested for having alcohol in a public place, interference with officers and trespassing at a business.
Cesar Beltran, age 34, was arrested on a Municipal warrant for failure to appear… Marianna Gordon, age 46, was arrested on a Municipal warrant for failure to pay fines… Jose Vasquez, age 47, was cited for having alcohol in a public place… and a 14-year-old boy was cited for battery at Deming High School.
Also… a Deming resident reported a case of fraud over $700 after a credit card was used in New Jersey without authorization… a Deming resident reported a case of fraud over $300 after a credit card was used in Deming without authorization… nearly $1,000 worth of items including pipe and vehicle parts were taken from a residence off North 8th Street… and a resident card and a Social Security card were taken from a residence off Santa Rosa Street.
