(Deming) – Here’s the area crime report:
Jose Ramirez-Flores, age 20, of Mexico, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute… and Timothy Davis, age 52, was arrested for drunkenness and having alcohol in a public place.
In other news… criminals gained access to the golf course maintenance department and took a utility dump-bed vehicle valued at $7,000, a four-wheeler valued at $4,000 and $500 worth of miscellaneous tools.
Also… four rims valued at over $1,000 were taken from a vehicle parked near the intersection of Lead and Mulberry; $100 in damage to the vehicle occurred during the theft… criminal damage to a car windshield and the window on a home was reported at a location off South James; the combined damage was estimated at $450… and $200 in criminal damage was reported to a car being driven on East Second after a thrown object hit the hood.
