All local arrests this period were on court warrants.
Ramiro Palomarez, age 41, was arrested on a 6th Judicial District court warrant for failure to comply with conditions of probation and on a Luna County Magistrate court warrant for failure to appear… Michael Gomez, age 34, was arrested on three 6th Judicial District court warrants all for failure to appear... Adolfo Grado, age 48, was arrested on a Luna County Magistrate court warrant for failure to pay fines… and Alexis Miranda, age 49, was arrested on a Luna County Magistrate court warrant for failure to appear.
In police reports:
Criminal Damage to property occurred on State Road 549 and Lewis Flats after a vehicle ran through and damaged a barbed wire fence causing $300 in damages.
A cell phone valued at $384 was reported stolen from a mailbox on 8th Street Southwest.
A residence in the 500 block of Calle Ricardo reported a bullet hole in their home. Estimated damage was listed at $150.
A window valued at $150 was broken on a residence in the 1700 block of South Shelly Drive.
A reported possible arson occurred on South Gold Street after a 2004 Chrysler Town & Country vehicle was set afire. The vehicle, valued at $2,500 was listed as a total loss. Police officials reported that there is a person of interest in this case.
