
The book as tales of cattle drives to Kansas City, stampedes, blizzards and cattle rustlers. Eventually, he moved to Coney Island to do a Wild West Show and two years after that with another group went to England where he met the King and Queen of England.
Rusty lived a long full life before he died here in Deming in 1977 and was buried at Mountain View Cemetery.
Recently, Nancy discovered that copies of the book were selling on the internet for $120 to $600 per copy, so she decided to print 500 more copies.
They are now on sale at Peppers Supermarket for $40 each with $5 of each purchase being donated to Cancer Support of Deming & Luna County, Inc..
