
The training, aimed at helping employers lead and hire good employees, will take place at the Mimbres Valley Learning and Special Events Center.
Participants can choose from one of two trainings: from 10 a.m.-noon or 1-3 p.m.
A free lunch will be offered at noon for attendees of either session.
The “Hump Day Academy” trainings are offered through a USDA Rural Development Business Grant with partners including Luna County Community and Economic Development, New Mexico Workforce Connection, Deming-Luna County Economic Development Corporation, Las Cruces-based WESST, Deming MainStreet, Deming-Luna County Chamber of Commerce, Small Business Development Center and Western New Mexico University-Deming.
