
HELP-New Mexico offers programs for infants, toddlers, pregnant women, and preschoolers.
The program offers active learning experiences, nutritional snacks and meals, qualified teachers, parent engagement activities, family and health services, services to children with special needs, and prenatal education, at no cost to parents.
Help New Mexico’s Office of Learning and Academic Opportunity provides Early Head Start, Head Start, and New Mexico Pre-K classes.
Facilities include the Rainbow Center, 1800 South Copper; Deming Center, 306 South Copper; McPherson Center, 720 South Nickel; The Learning Center, 2150 East Pine; Family Resource Center, 500 East Oak; and the Deming Area Office at 310 East Olive Street in Deming; as well as 500 Taft Street in Columbus.
