
In district three, Matthew Robinson defeated John Staehle with 85 votes to 29.
In district four, incumbent William Bayne Anderson will remain on the school board by defeating challenger Fred Williams. Anderson received 105 votes with Williams receiving 83.
And in district five, incumbent Ruben Torres was challenged by Don Heacox and Francine Jacobs. Jacobs won over the incumbent Torres and challenger Heacox. Jacobs received 100 votes… Heacox 69… and Torres receiving 40 votes.
County Clerk Andrea Rodriguez said voter turnout was light with 6,833 registered voters 511 voted in the election for a voter turnout of 7.48%.
