Algernon D’Ammassa was appointed to the New Mexico Humanities Council and Kenneth Stockton was appointed to the Acequia Commission.
D’Ammassa is an adjunct professor for the Creative Media Institute at New Mexico State University. He taught performing arts at Deming Public Schools for three years, and remains active in the local and regional performing arts community.
D’Ammassa holds a Master of Fine Arts degree in acting from Rhode Island College in Providence, Rhode Island.
Stockton is a rancher who tends private, state and Bureau of Land Management land.
He is a veteran of the U.S. Army and served in the Vietnam War.
Stockton completed the Graham School for Cattlemen.
