_Danny Baeza, age 41, was arrested for aggravated D-W-I, reckless driving and speeding.

Anthony Matos, age 29, was arrested for D-W-I, possession of marijuana, improper equipment and no driver's license.

Carlos Delgado, age 19, was arrested for D-W-I, possession of drug paraphernalia, improper turn and improper lane.

Charles Houser, age 64, was arrested for D-W-I.

Laura Ortega, age 22, was arrested for possession with intent to distribute an imitation controlled substance and conspiracy.

Crystal Hernandez, age 20, was arrested for possession with intent to distribute an imitation controlled substance and conspiracy.

Edward Lynch, age 38, was arrested for battery on a household member and aggravated fleeing from a law enforcement officer.

Matthew Pena, age 26, was arrested on three counts of forgery.

Johnathan Ferraro, age 21, was arrested for unlawful use of a license, speeding and on a Municipal warrant for failure to appear.

Robert Reagan, age 24, was arrested for violating an order of protection.

Valerie Valenzuela, age 24, was arrested on a Magistrate warrant for failure to pay fines.

Arturo Bravo, age 53, was arrested on a Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court.

Veronica Porras Granillo, age 36, was arrested on a Municipal warrant for failure to appear.

Arturo Gutierrez, age 40, was arrested on a Municipal warrant for failure to pay fines.

In juvenile news:

A 16-year-old boy was picked up on a probation violation and cited for trespassing at Deming High School.

A 17-year-old girl was detained for shoplifting at Wal-Mart.


Also:

A Deming woman reported unauthorized access to her bank account through lost checks that resulted in over $8,600 taken from her account.

A front door window valued at $300 was broken at a residence off South Lime.


A stereo was taken from a vehicle parked off South Gold.

$100 in criminal damage was reported to a vehicle parked off South Zinc after the vehicle hood was scratched.
