
Included on the agenda is a public hearing for a restaurant beer and wine liquor license for the Grand Motor Inn restaurant and a quasi-judicial public hearing for a variance request off Santa Rosa Street.
Also, the councilors have three resolutions before them: supporting efforts to have Congress designate the Chiricahua National Monument as a National Park, out-of-state travel for the NM CAP Entity executive director and a Colonias infrastructure project for reclamation of the Tulip Drive landfill.
And the councilors will consider three proclamations: National Day of Prayer, Fair Housing Month and National Child Abuse Prevention Month… and three.
The meeting is set to begin at 6 p.m. Monday in the council chambers of the John Strand Municipal Building on South Gold. The meeting will be open to the public.
An executive – or closed – session to discuss limited personnel matters regarding employee evaluations and the purchase, acquisition or disposal of real property will follow the open meeting.
