Jaime Hernandez, age 19, was arrested for aggravated D-W-I, no driver’s license, having an open container, reckless driving and minor allowing self to be served alcohol… Jesus Ortega, age 43, of Silver City, was arrested for aggravated D-W-I…
Michael Moore, age 48, was arrested for possession of marijuana, interference with officers, shoplifting at Wal-Mart and on a District court warrant for a probation violation… Jesus Rodriguez, age 21, was arrested for battery and causing criminal damage to property… Jacinto Arroyo, age 23, was arrested for battery against a household member…
Victor Marquez, age 36, of San Diego, California, was arrested on an Alabama warrant for trafficking illegal drugs and was cited for speeding… Roberto Carrasco, age 39, was arrested on two Magistrate warrants for failure to pay fines… Jesus Granillo, age 19, was arrested on a Magistrate warrant for failure to appear… Roman Blanco, age 20, was arrested on a Municipal warrant for failure to appear… and Johana Majalca, age 18, was cited for careless driving, failing to immediately notify authorities of an accident, no child restraint, no seat belt, no insurance and no registration.
Also… nearly a thousand-dollars’ worth of damage occurred to a vehicle parked off West Pear after a domestic disturbance… two Corre Caminos mini-buses were damaged – one with a broken side view mirror and one with a broken window… a window valued at 300-dollars was broken on a rental residence off North Diamond… a 36-year-old Deming woman reported being the victim of fraud after her credit card account was accessed for three withdrawals totaling nearly $300 dollars… a rifle and small television with a combined value of $250. dollars were taken from a residence off South Gold… and a window valued at $100.-dollars
was broken by thrown rocks at a residence off East Fourth Street.
