(Deming) – Here’s today’s local crime report:
Mark D. Simpson, age 24, arrested for Damage to property… Gerardo Torres, age 47, arrested for driving with a suspended or revoked license… Francisco Espinoza, age 33, arrested on 5 warrants from Valencia County.. Two District Court warrants, and three Magistrate Court warrants – all for failure to appear… Marie Phillips, age 54, arrested on a Magistrate warrant for failure to appear.
In other reports, 2 bicycles with a combined value of $200 stolen from a 300 block of S. Ruby. Three locals were sent to the hospital with bee stings after encountering a domestic bee hive in the 4000 block of Florida. According to the bee keeper, there are about 1000 bees in the hive, and there has been no problems with it prior to this attack. Two men and a woman were treated and released for their injuries.
