DEMING – The Deming Cesar Chavez Charter High School Governance Council will meet in regular session via Zoom Tuesday evening.
Included on the agenda is the selection of a new council member, election of officers, a report on food distribution, a spring budget workshop planned for the end of March, and a budget adjustment request pertaining to an air purification federal award.
In addition, the governance council will hear updates from the school’s audit, finance, and school planning and academic committees.
Public comment will be allowed.
An executive – or closed – session to discuss personnel matters relating to the director’s contract is included in the agenda with a notation that action could be taken in the open meeting following the executive session.
The meeting is set to begin at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 12th, 2021.
