
Included on the agenda is a state Public School Capital Outlay Council lease reimbursement application, an amendment to the New Mexico Alternate Demonstration of Competency requirements to accept a lower passing score, approval of an accounting procedures manual, and the consideration of several memorandums of understanding and purchase order issuances.
The governance council also will hear updates from the school’s finance, planning, council development, and academic committees, and will allow public comment.
An executive – or closed – session is scheduled to discuss the principal’s contract.
The meeting is set to begin at 6 p.m. Tuesday, May 9th, in the board room of Deming Cesar Chavez Charter High School, 315 East First Street.
The meeting will be open to the public.
