
Included on the agenda is authorization of expending up to $1,200 to purchase a refrigerator for the food pantry, a purchase order of $25,000 for an instructional coach, a purchase order of $8,550 for a night teacher and tutor for math, and a copier lease agreement.
In addition, the governance council will hear a principal’s report and updates from the school’s finance, planning, council development, and academic committees.
Public comment will be allowed.
The meeting is set to begin at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 11th, in the board room of Deming Cesar Chavez Charter High School, 315 E. First Street.
The meeting will be open to the public.
An executive – or closed – session to discuss the principal’s contract and limited personnel matters also is on the agenda.
