Photo submitted (Deming) – Boxing Clubs from around New Mexico, as well as Tucson, Az, and El Paso, Tx will be in Deming this Saturday to participate in the Battle by the Border boxing event.
Pepe Montoya, Old Skool Boxing Club trainer said this event is going to be a major fund raiser for the local boxing club. "Battle by the Border" doors open at 4:00pm. First bell at 4:30pm. The event will be held at the Deming Intermediate School 500 West Ash Street…
Montoya said tickets will be sold at the door, Adults $10.00 Children 5-12yrs $7.00. Children 5 & under Free.
Brisket plates will be sold at the event for $6.00, and other refreshments will also be available.
Also, Tickets for a 50/50 raffle and other prizes will be available.
Montoya said, This will be Fun, and Exciting Entertainment event for all Ages to enjoy.
