
Mizkan Americas has 14 manufacturing plants in the U.S. that produce a wide variety of vinegars, mustards, cooking wines, wine reductions, sushi seasoning, jellies, salad dressings, Asian sauces and other liquid condiments.
Established in 1981 and headquartered in Mt. Prospect, Illinois, the company is privately held by Mizkan Group Corporation in Japan.
In 2011, Mizkan acquired Border Foods, created in 1972 and billed as the world’s largest processor of green chile peppers and the largest U.S. processor of jalapeño peppers.
Organizers say the fair is a chance to meet with Mizkan employers face-to-face.
The Mizkan Job Fair will be held from 10 a.m. till 2 p.m. this Thursday, April 23rd, in the Mimbres Valley Learning and Special Events Center, 2300 East Pine.
Anyone interested is encouraged to attend.
