Martin Torres, age 22, of Phoenix, Arizona, was arrested for DUI… Ramiro Canales, age 51, was arrested for battery on a household member and assault on a household member… James Russell, age 20, was arrested for battery against a household member… Gustavo Tijerina, age 33, of Portales, was arrested for battery… Pete Martinez, age 33, was arrested for no proof of insurance…
Juan Soto, age 21, was arrested on a U.S. Marshal’s hold… Joseph Contreras, age 28, was arrested on a Municipal warrant for failure to appear… Linda Perez, age 44, of Albuquerque, was arrested on a Bernalillo Municipal warrant for failure to appear…
Melissa Flores, age 18, was cited for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia… Lucy Otero, age 62, of Lordsburg, was cited for trespassing and shoplifting at Walmart… Nick Palumbo, age 52, was cited for trespassing and shoplifting at Walmart… Luis Nevarez, age 19, was cited for shoplifting at Walmart… Toni Yadon, age 26, was cited for shoplifting at Kmart… and a 17-year-old girl and a 15-year-old girl were both cited for disorderly conduct.
In other news… a comic book collection, Disney plate collection and guitar, with a combined value of $4,200, were taken from a residence off Whisper Road Southeast… a backpack containing a computer tablet, smart phone and track cleats, with a combined value of $300, was taken from the high school track… criminal damage estimated at $200 occurred to a pickup parked at a fast-food restaurant off West Pine after a rear window was cracked… and $200 in criminal damage was reported to a restaurant off East Pine after graffiti was discovered on its outside walls and dumpster enclosure.
