John Krehbiel John Krehbiel is our KOTS morning personality. Wake up with the local and state news weekday mornings at 7am. John also does news and weather throughout the day. John has been in broadcasting since 1980, and has lived in New Mexico since 1986. A graduate of a small college in Michigan, John got the bug to head west in 1986 and has been planted here since. John is also an employee of the Luna County Detention Center, and is active in the local chapter of the Fraternal Order of Police. He is the local coordinator of Council Exchanges, a non-profit organization that brings exchange students to America to study for a year. John also does the popular Saturday night radio show "Cruise Control" on KDEM radio, our sister station (Click the Cruise Control Icon on our home page to listen in Real Audio).
