About “Styles”

“Styles” is an after school program that is hosted by the Deming High School

Guitar Program and facilitated by Justin Crews (Choir Director: Red Mountain Middle School, Guitar Director: Deming High School). It is called “Styles” because of the wide variety of music the group studies, plays, and records. From Blues and Rock, to Irish and Jazz, “Styles” performers have a huge range of genres of music they are exposed to. During the normal school year “Styles” meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays after school from 4:00-5:30PM. The group has had the opportunity to play at community events such as a Deming Coalition Meeting, the Deming Cancer Group Art Auction, the Susan Spikes Reception in Santa Fe, and many others.
