(Deming) – Here’s the area crime report:
Fernando Rodriguez, age 51, of El Paso, was arrested for DUI, reckless driving and having an open container… Arturo
Palomarez, age 27, was arrested for possession of an explosive device or incendiary device and leaving the scene of an accident… Jennifer Favela, age 23, was arrested on a Dona Ana County warrant for failure to pay fines… Juan Puente, age 28, of El Paso, was arrested on a Lincoln County warrant for failure to appear… and a 9-year-old boy was cited for shoplifting at
Wal-Mart.
Also… criminal damage estimated at over $200 occurred to an apartment off South Zinc after the front door was kicked open… and criminal damage estimated at $150 occurred to a business off North Pearl after a barbed-wire fence was cut.
