(Deming) – Here’s the area crime report:
Solomon Aceves-Sierra, age 52, of Albuquerque, was arrested at the Columbus port of entry Monday on a Bernalillo County District Court warrant for failure to appear at an arraignment following a
grand jury indictment for 18 charges of criminal sexual contact of a minor. Zachery Dominguez, age 18, was arrested on a District Court warrant for a probation violation… three boys – ages 14 and 15 – were cited for unlawful use of a firearm by a minor and negligent use of a deadly weapon… and a 16-year old boy was picked up on a juvenile warrant.
Also… a 1991 Ford pickup valued at $2,500 was stolen from a location off North Silver.
