(Deming) – Here’s the area crime  report:

Timothy Raxter, age 50,  of Sikeston, Missouri,  was arrested on a Missouri warrant for DWI – persistent  offender, no driver’s  license – third offense, no registration, improper  equipment and no seatbelts,  and on two Magistrate warrants for failure to pay  fines… Alexander Lerma, age  19, was arrested for DUI and minor allowing self to  be served alcohol… Thomas  Hooten, age 38, was arrested on a District Court  warrant for burglary, theft of  a credit card, theft of identity, unlawful use of  a credit card and two counts of larceny.

Richard Montes, age 50, of El  Paso, was arrested for larceny and aerosol spray abuse… Clinton Remondini, age  31, was arrested for driving while license was suspended or revoked and failure  to yield… Ernesto Dominguez, age 40, was arrested for driving while license was  suspended or revoked… Eric Payan, age 31, was arrested for driving while license  was suspended or revoked.

Francisca Gallosa, age  30, was arrested on a District Court warrant for a probation violation… Vanessa  Mediano, age 27, was arrested on a District Court warrant for a probation  violation… Raul Medina, age 31, of Santa Fe, was arrested on a District Court  warrant for a probation
violation… Antonio Arroyo, age 27, was arrested on a  Magistrate and a Municipal
warrant – both for failure to appear.

Thomas Hauser, age 54, was  arrested on a Magistrate warrant or failure to appear… Marlene Martinez, age  37, of Las Cruces, was arrested on  a Magistrate warrant for failure to appear… Lisa Munoz, age 32, was arrested on  a Magistrate warrant for failure to pay  fines… Leobardo Solis, age 25, was arrested on a Magistrate warrant for failure  to appear… Erika Jimenez, age 27,
was charged with shoplifting and trespassing  at Wal-Mart… a 15-year-old girl was cited for possession of marijuana… and a  13-year-old boy was cited for minor allowing self to be served  alcohol.

Also… three arrowheads valued at  $2,000 each were taken from the local museum… four tires and rims with a  combined value of $700 were taken from the bed of a pickup off North Gold… a  purse with over $300 cash was taken from a restaurant off North Platinum… $250  in criminal damage occurred to a chain-link fence off East Walnut… a window  valued at $100 was broken on a
residence off South 12th Street… and a counterfeit $10 bill was discovered at a local fast-food 
restaurant.
