(Deming) – The Deming School Board will meet in regular
session Tuesday.
Included on the agenda is the 2011-2012 fiscal year audit report… a resolution to participate in the 2014 New Mexico Department of Transportation Local Government Road Fund Program… the 2013 New Mexico School Board Association Student Achievement Award Nominee… and approval of the official election results canvass.
The meeting is set to begin at 5 p.m. Tuesday in the board room of the Emmett Shockley Administration Building, 400 Cody Road.The meeting is open to the public.
A closed session to discuss limited personnel matters, pending or threatened litigation and real property issues to include the former Columbus school building and other properties, will precede the open meeting at 4 p.m.
