(Deming) – City of Deming utility workers will be temporarily detouring traffic in northeast Deming Wednesday to enable them to run utility lines to a new apartment complex.
Officials said the area around the intersection of Tin and Fifth streets will be closed from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday.
The timing is designed to provide the least interruption in parent and staff traffic to Torres Elementary.
Again, there will be detours around Tin and Fifth streets Wednesday between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. as city utility crews work in the area.
