(Deming) – Here’s the area crime report:
Michael Gallosa, age 39, was arrested on two counts of aggravated battery on a household member, four counts of abandonment or abuse of a child, false imprisonment and on a Magistrate warrant for failure to pay fines… Rudy Trejo, age 21, was arrested for aggravated battery on a household member, concealing identity and on a California warrant… Brian Rather, age 39, of Conroe, Texas, was arrested for aggravated assault… Tracey Otto, age 37, was arrested for fraud and trespassing… Javier Rincon, age 42, was arrested for interference with officers.
Virgilio Marquez, age 38, of Yavapai County, Arizona, was arrested on a probation violation… Jason Torrez, age 28, of Santa Clara, was arrested on a Magistrate warrant for violating a restraining order… and the District Attorney’s office filed a petition on a 17-year-old boy for a
probation violation.
Also… three security cameras valued at $1,000 each were taken from a motel off Pine Street… a television, laptop computer and other items valued at nearly $900 were taken from a residence off West Pear… two security cameras valued at $200 each were taken from a convenience store
off Pine Street… a tailgate valued at $200 was taken off a pickup parked at Starmax… 95 concrete bricks with a value of nearly $200 were taken from a location off South Pearl… a garden wagon valued at $150 was taken from a location off South Platinum… a window valued at nearly $150 was broken on a residence off Buckboard Road Southeast… two buckets of glue valued at $100 were taken from a location off East Walnut… a car battery valued at $100 was taken from off Santa Barbara… and a bicycle was taken from off North San Jose.
