(Deming) – Here’s the area crime report:
Michael Chavez, age 32, was arrested on two counts of battery… Raymond Casillas, age 37, was arrested for assault… Gabriel Porras, age 21, was arrested for reckless driving, interference with hospital staff, no driver’s license and on a failure-to-stop driving violation… Gabriel Montano, age 37, was arrested for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and resisting or evading officers… Richard Chandler, age 21, was arrested for
shoplifting at Wal-Mart and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Michael Estrada, age 41, was arrested on an Adult Probation and Parole Office warrant for a probation violation and for possession of drug paraphernalia… Conrad Villegas, age 28, was arrested on an Adult Probation and Parole Office warrant for a probation violation… Anna
Davis, age 27, of Silver City, was arrested on a Grant County warrant for failure to appear… Victoria Martinez, age 23, was arrested on a Lincoln County warrant for driving while license was suspended or revoked and no insurance.
Kristina Garay, age 34, was arrested on a Municipal warrant for failure to appear… Paul Mirabal, age 44, of Mesilla Park, was arrested on a Municipal warrant for failure to pay fines… Loren Irvin, age 49, was cited for shoplifting at Wal-Mart… and Paula Irvin, age 43, was cited for shoplifting at Wal-Mart.
Also… the District Attorney’s office filed a petition on a 16-year-old boy for a probation violation… a 16-year-old girl was picked up on a probation violation… and a 15-year-old boy was charged with shoplifting at Wal-Mart.
And in other news… a couch set and a television were taken from a residence off La Paz Road Southwest… and a window valued at $100 was broken on a residence off West Orange.
