(Deming) – Here’s the area crime report:
Jason Torrez, age 28, of Santa Clara, was charged with aggravated stalking and violating an order of protection… Francisco Hernandez, age 55, was arrested for identity theft.
Ricardo Flores, age 49, was arrested on a Magistrate warrant for failure to pay fines… Caleston Sanders, age 30, of Claremont, California, was arrested on a Magistrate warrant for failure to pay fines… Erick Miranda, age 19, was
arrested on a Municipal warrant for failure to pay fines… and Leroy Almanza, age 35, was cited for trespassing at a residence.
And in juvenile news… two 14-year-old boys were cited for battery following a fight outside Deming High School… and the District Attorney’s office filed a petition on a 16-year-old boy for battery on a household member.
Also… a car battery charger valued at $150 was taken from outside a residence off Santa Cruz.
