(Deming) – Deming Wildcat fans are invited to line Gold Street Friday afternoon to send our two-time district football champions off to
the state quarterfinals.
The #5-ranked ‘Cats will take on the #4-ranked Belen Eagles this Friday night in Belen.
The Football Boosters are asking fans to send the ‘Cats off by lining Gold Street in downtown Deming just after 1 p.m. Friday. The send-off will begin at 1:15 p.m. as the Wildcat bus heads from the high school through downtown Deming to the intersection of North Gold and the Hatch Highway.
Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. Friday night in Belen, and we’ll carry the game live on AM 1230 KOTS with the voice of the Wildcats Danny Rodriguez.
