Charges are being filed on Amy Reedy, age 35, for battery on a household member… Gene Hicks, age 26, was arrested for trespassing… Ronald Carroll, age 44, was arrested on an Adult Probation and Parole Office warrant for a probation violation… Maria Ludden, age 18, of Las Cruces, was arrested on a District Court arrest warrant… Martin Nunez, age 29, of Columbus, was arrested on two Dona Ana County warrants… Daniel Cordova, age 27, of Hurley, was arrested on a Dona Ana County warrant for failure to appear… Alfredo Flores, age 31, of Las Cruces, was arrested on a Dona Ana County warrant for failure to appear… and Elizabeth Diaz, age 37, was arrested on a Municipal warrant for failure to pay fines.
Also… a 1995 Pontiac two-door valued at $1,000 was reported stolen from a location off South Silver Street… medication, clothing and cash were taken from a residence off Corte de
Loretta… and police are investigating the unlawful taking of a quarantined dog from the animal shelter.
