(Deming) – Here’s the area crime report:
Cody Brookhouser, age 19, was arrested for aggravated DUI,
resisting or evading officers, two counts of assault on a peace officer and minor allowing self to be served alcohol… Christopher Aguirre, age 32, was arrested for driving while license was suspended or revoked…
Yvonne Madrid, age 38, was arrested on a Magistrate warrant for failure to pay fines… Ernest Pastran, age 37, was arrested on a Magistrate warrant for failure to appear… George Foulk, age 66, was arrested on a Guadalupe County warrant for failure to appear… Ubaldo Grajeda, age 20, of Hatch, was arrested on a Dona Ana County warrant for failure to comply with conditions of probation… and Sammuel Perez, age 31, was cited for trespassing.
In juvenile news… the District Attorney’s office filed petitions on a 14-year-old boy from El Paso, Texas, for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana… and on a 16-year-old boy for shoplifting… and a 15-year-old boy was cited for shoplifting and accessory to shoplifting.
And in other news… two vehicles parked off East Olive Street had windows damaged by b-bs.
