Bernabe Franco, age 19, was arrested on two counts of battery against a household member and criminal damage to property… Brian Witschen, age 35, was arrested for possession of marijuana, concealing identity and on an Adult Probation and Parole Office warrant for a probation violation… Gregg Foster, age 45, was arrested on a Magistrate warrant for two counts of fraud by the issuance of worthless checks and on a Magistrate warrant for failure to appear… Mary Cheney, age 37, who was already incarcerated at the Luna County Detention Center, was served a Graham County, Arizona, warrant for
aggravated DUI… Francisco Garza, age 31, was arrested on a Magistrate warrant for failure to pay fines… Arturo Martinez, age 20, was arrested on a Magistrate warrant for failure to pay fines… and Nitin Jain, age 24, of Littleton, Colorado, was cited for possession of marijuana.
Also… jewelry items valued at nearly $500 were taken from a residence off Corte de Consuelo.
