(Deming) – Here’s the area crime report:
A criminal complaint has been filed on Jaime
Hernandez, age 20, for robbery, false imprisonment and battery on a household member… Julian Vigil, age 20, was charged with battery against a healthcare
personnel… Melissa Ruddick, age 44, was arrested for driving while license was suspended or revoked and on a Municipal warrant for failure to pay fines…
Timothy Richins, age 46, was arrested for driving while license was suspended or revoked… James Reyes, age 34, was arrested for driving while license was suspended or revoked… Harold Buck, age 64, was arrested for interference with officers… Gabriel Gonzales, age 19, was arrested for shoplifting at Wal-Mart, concealing identity and on two Magistrate warrants… Nathaniel Kelly, age 18, was charged with shoplifting at Wal-Mart…
Jeffrey Krol, age 27, was arrested on an Adult Probation and Parole Office warrant for a probation violation… Victor Amaro, age 28, was arrested on five Magistrate warrants for failure to pay fines and one for failure to appear… Higinio Lopez, age 25, was arrested on two
Magistrate warrants for failure to pay fines… Rafael Martinez, age 22, of Las Cruces, was arrested on a Dona Ana County warrant for failure to appear… Jesse Guzman, age 18, was cited for driving without a license… and a 15-year-old boy was cited for shoplifting at Wal-Mart.
Also… nearly $300 in criminal damage occurred at a business off East Poplar after someone damaged a cash register in an attempt to steal it.
