(Deming) – Here’s the area crime report:
James London, age 52, was arrested for aggravated battery against a household member, interference with officers, unlawful use of a license and on a Municipal warrant… Bradley Rice, age 34, was arrested on two counts of battery against a household member and assault against a household member… Scott Vogann, age 32, was arrested on a Sixth Judicial District Court warrant for failure to appear… Joshua Gonzales, age 19, was arrested on a Dona Ana County warrant for failure to pay fines… and a 17-year-old girl was cited for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.
Also… jewelry valued at $2,500 was taken from a local motel room… and two separate incidents of diesel fuel being siphoned from semi-trucks were reported at the same local motel; the combined value of the fuel was over $800.
