(Deming) – The Deming Public  Schools Summer 2012 Mariachi  Program begins Monday.   Deming High Mariachi  Director Paul Smith said  any student who is enrolled or will be enrolled in the  Mariachi program at Red  Mountain Middle School or Deming High School is required  to  attend.  There is no charge to  attend.  The summer program will  run from Monday through Friday of next week, July 30th through August  3rd.   Registration will take  place Monday morning from 8 to 9… and the classes begin at 9.  Smith said students  need to show up with their instruments ready to play and sing.  Instruments will be available to  rent  for the week.  Contact Smith at  546-9581 for more  information.
