(Deming) – Here’s the area crime report:
Jaqueline Zapeda, age 29, from Riverside, California, was arrested on a Magistrate warrant for failure to appear… and Judy Hicks, age 63, and a 17-year-old boy were both charged with misdemeanor animal neglect after a malnourished horse in their possession was reported to authorities.
Also… the District Attorney’s office filed a petition on a 17-year-old boy from Omaha, Nebraska, for distribution of marijuana. And in other news… a bicycle valued at 700-dollars was reported stolen from Clark Street… and a 66-year-old Luna County woman reported being the victim of fraud after she received a bill from PayPal for a 106-dollar gift card she never ordered or received.
